HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY QUOTE?

If you would like to proceed with your quote, we require a 50% deposit to be paid. This can be paid by either credit card over the phone (no
additional surcharges) or via bank transfer (bank details on your quote).

IS A SITE MEASURE REQUIRED?

Yes, a site measure is required before your wardrobe goes into production. A site measure will be arranged upon receipt of the deposit.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME?

Our turnaround times do vary  depending on the project size & the materials used – please contact our friendly team for our current turnarounds times

ARE “BACKS” INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE?

Our wardrobes are built-in and don’t include backs, we utilise all floors, walls, and ceilings where possible. We can include flooring at an additional cost.

WHAT ARE THE WARDROBES MADE OUT OF?

Our wardrobes are made out of 16mm board and all wardrobes which are installed in white will have a 42mmx18mm front and back cleat and
wardrobes that are installed in colour will have a 70mmx18mm front and back cleat for extra support.

ARE THERE OTHER COLOUR OPTIONS THAN WHITE?

Yes, our main colour board suppliers Australian-based Laminex & Polytec have a wide range of colour boards. You can view their range or we can price a project in a specific colour to match the rest of your home/project.

DO YOU OFFER SOFT CLOSE DRAWERS?

Yes, we offer soft close drawers at an extra cost.

DO YOU INSTALL BEFORE FLOORING FOR A NEW BUILD?

If you are installing carpet, we install it before it’s been laid and if you are installing tiles or wood flooring then we install it after.

HOW DEEP ARE YOUR DRAWERS?

Our standard drawer fronts are 190mm high (top to bottom) however we do offer deeper drawers at 285mm high (top to bottom) for an additional cost

WHAT SIZE ARE THE ROBES?

All our shelving is standard 445mm deep unless specified. All our Sliding Robes are 600mm deep.
